Beware of Paid "Guaranteed Unban" Scams
No third party has special access to lift Anthropic account restrictions for a fee. Anyone asking for payment, passwords, or session cookies to "unban" your account is running a scam.
Navigate to Official Support Portals Directly
Always verify domains (claude.ai, anthropic.com, support.claude.com) yourself rather than clicking login links or running scripts sent in chat groups.
Demand Transparent Sources in Diagnostic Reports
A trustworthy diagnostic tool cites its upstream data sources and separates unknowns from confirmed findings, rather than using alarming "99% ban risk" gauges to sell proxy or account services.
What to Do If You Already Exposed Credentials
Immediately sign out of all sessions, rotate your API keys and email password, and contact your payment provider if billing details were shared.
Common Real-World Scenario
For example, never install an unknown browser extension or upload your cookies to someone claiming they can restore a suspended account.
Verify unban offers and unsolicited risk reports
Do not enter credentials through a login button in an unsolicited message. Open a known official domain independently and review notices and support options there. Inspect the full hostname rather than the title, logo, or HTTPS padlock. Encryption alone does not establish who operates a page.
Stop sharing information if a report claims access to internal account decisions, guarantees restoration after payment, or requests cookie values or remote control. IP, DNS, and fingerprint results describe observable environment signals. They cannot establish internal account decisions or substantiate a guaranteed unban.
Keep the sender, domain, time, and categories of information already shared, redacting secrets in screenshots. If payment or login data was exposed, use verified payment-provider and official support channels rather than the sender's additional recovery tools. Report the necessary facts without publicly reproducing sensitive content.
